Does my rental payment cover lawn maintenance and snow removal?
Of course – throw away the mower and snow shovel.
Who would I call for a maintenance item?
We are “hands-on” and reside in the neighborhood to provide a prompt response to any maintenance need.
What about membership at the Club of Old Hawthorne?
A social membership is included with your lease.
Are we pet friendly?
Yes. We do have a list of prohibited dog breeds, however. All pets must have “good manners” living on the golf course.
